Mark is a commercial real estate attorney in New York City for Latham & Watkins LLP. Mark previously worked as the Acquisitions and Finance Manager for Community Dynamics, a Los Angeles mixed-use real estate developer. 

Mark holds a Master's in Real Estate Development.

Ann Semotiuk runs the asset management arm of Blackacre Properties. 

Ann owns and manages her own portfolio of rental properties in Canada. 

Ann has been involved in the development of over $3,000,000 in real estate.

Natalie manages the Blackacre acquisitions and sales process. She is the point person if you are interested in selling your home to Blackacre.
